Production
The production department is the very heart of the company, where systems and machinery come to life every day, the result of careful planning, established and qualified technical skills, and a continuous focus on quality.
Thanks also to the use of state-of-the-art technology, we are able to guarantee efficiency, precision, and reliability at every stage of the production process. From the machining of components to the complete assembly of systems, every step is carefully followed to ensure that quality standards and delivery schedules are met.
Each department works in close synergy with the other company departments, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and the innovation of production systems. An unwavering commitment that allows us to fully meet our customers’ needs.
The factory covers an area of around 3,000 square metres, functionally structured and divided into five specialist areas, each with state-of-the-art equipment and facilities to meet the most complex processing requirements.
The five areas:
Using Electrode, TIG and MIG/MAG welding processes, the company operates in compliance with the requirements of UNI EN ISO 3834 and EN 1090 standards, guaranteeing the quality of welding processes and CE marking of structural metalwork. This certified approach allows steel structures to be built in compliance with European standards, ensuring reliability, safety and traceability in every project.
In addition to the factory, there is a second building of about 4,000 square metres for the complete assembly of the machines produced. Separate departments specialising in:
Warehouse and logistics
To support assembly and production activities, the company has an internal warehouse of about 1,500 square metres, equipped not only with the traditional shelving system but also with an automatic warehouse that optimises the management and control of materials and components. This infrastructure guarantees efficient logistics, reduces procurement times, and ensures the continuity of the production process.
The warehouse is constantly replenished with commercial and in-house manufacturedcomponents, which are essential to ensure timely intervention and a fast, effective after-sales service
Integrated management systems
In a modern production environment, the ability to plan, monitor, and manage processes in an integrated manner is an essential competitive advantage. For this reason, the company invested early on in the implementation of advanced management systems, based on ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and MES (Manufacturing Execution System) solutions.
