Production

The production department is the very heart of the company, where systems and machinery come to life every day, the result of careful planning, established and qualified technical skills, and a continuous focus on quality.

Thanks also to the use of state-of-the-art technology, we are able to guarantee efficiency, precision, and reliability at every stage of the production process. From the machining of components to the complete assembly of systems, every step is carefully followed to ensure that quality standards and delivery schedules are met.

Using Electrode, TIG and MIG/MAG welding processes, the company operates in compliance with the requirements of UNI EN ISO 3834 and EN 1090 standards, guaranteeing the quality of welding processes and CE marking of structural metalwork. This certified approach allows steel structures to be built in compliance with European standards, ensuring reliability, safety and traceability in every project.

In addition to the factory, there is a second building of about 4,000 square metres for the complete assembly of the machines produced. Separate departments specialising in:

Mechanical Assembly
For the assembly of main components and machines
Hydraulic Assembly
For the installation and connection of hydraulic circuits and systems.
Electrical Assembly
With cabling, switchgear installations and integration of automation systems, also in compatibility with Industry 4.0 requirements.
Final Testing
A department dedicated to the complete testing of machines to verify their correct functioning, safety and compliance with technical requirements.
Testing
Department dedicated to the complete testing of machines, to verify their correct functioning, safety and compliance with technical requirements.

Warehouse and logistics

To support assembly and production activities, the company has an internal warehouse of about 1,500 square metres, equipped not only with the traditional shelving system but also with an automatic warehouse that optimises the management and control of materials and components. This infrastructure guarantees efficient logistics, reduces procurement times, and ensures the continuity of the production process.
The warehouse is constantly replenished with commercial and in-house manufacturedcomponents, which are essential to ensure timely intervention and a fast, effective after-sales service

Integrated management systems

In a modern production environment, the ability to plan, monitor, and manage processes in an integrated manner is an essential competitive advantage. For this reason, the company invested early on in the implementation of advanced management systems, based on ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and MES (Manufacturing Execution System) solutions.

Through the ERP, the company manages in a coordinated manner:
1.

Production planning

With detailed definition of work schedules, and the optimisation of time and resources required for each job.
2.

Warehouse management

Timely control of stocks of raw materials, commercial components and finished products, with real-time updates and automatic warehouse support.
3.

Ordering and procurement:

Using the MRP, purchases and supplies are continuously co-ordinated and monitored, ensuring the timely availability of necessary materials.
4.

Cost and budget control

Constantly monitoring production-related expenses and assessing the profitability of orders.
5.

Document management and compliance

Storage and control of certifications, technical documents and reference standards, which are essential for maintaining the required quality standards.
On the other hand, the MES system, integrated with the ERP, directly manages the production flow at operational level, offering:
Real-time monitoring
Collection and analysis of data from the various production areas (cutting, welding, machine tools, assembly), to check progress, performance and any deviations from plans.
Warehouse management
Scheduling of operator activities and control of machinery use to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
Full traceability
Registration of every stage in the production process, from raw materials to finished products, to ensure transparency, quality and the possibility of timely corrective action.
Quality support
Integration with quality control and testing systems, ensuring that each plant and machine meets certified standards and customer specifications.
Data analysis and reporting
Generating detailed reports for analysing production performance, identifying critical issues and planning continuous improvement actions.
