System Assembly

Coparm directly handles all plant and system assembly operations, both in Italy and abroad.

From logistics to commissioning, every stage is taken care of down to the last detail:

For these activities, Coparm has a large fleet of company vehicles that allows it to operate in total autonomy: from the transport of machinery and materials to on-site handling, lifting at heights, and logistical support.

When necessary, the company also collaborates with selected highly qualified, external partners for civil works, special means or specific interventions.

The assembly of a waste treatment plant is not limited to mechanical assembly: it is a strategic phase, where technical and engineering skills come together to ensure functionality, efficiency and operational continuity.

Assembly is followed by the fine-tuning of the system, where all operating parameters – speed, flow rate and material flow balance – are tested and calibrated, ensuring perfect coordination between the different machines in the line: screens, shredders, separators, presses and conveyors.

In large-scale projects, any changes or improvements are handled directly on site, with the ability to quickly adapt the layout or introduce new customer-specific solutions.
