Waste sorting plants
Coparm waste sorting plants are designed for maximum efficiency in separating valuable materials, reducing waste, and optimising recycling streams. The lines combine mechanical, optical, and manual technologies to achieve pure and consistent fractions.
Operating principle
The sorting process comprises bag feeding and pre-opening, mechanical screening, ballistic and air separation, metal extraction, and automated optical sorting. The fractions thus separated are conveyed to storage or pressing areas for further use.
Configuration and automation
Each plant is modular and customisable according to the type of waste treated. PLC control and SCADA supervision systems ensure continuous monitoring of process parameters, with the possibility of remote adjustment. The robust and accessible structures allow fast maintenance and high operational safety.
